Hello! My name is Judah Marty and i am a junior at Dolores High School, this summer I am so grateful to pinhead for setting up an internship at Camp level up in Mesa Arizona. During my internship I will be helping with kids while expanding my knowledge on technology and coding. Being able to get this real world experience will be incredible for my future.
Ever sense I was a kid I have fascinated with coding, and machines, I have been learning what I can throughout my life and to this day, my dream job would be in this field. I am a determined worker and am a reliable person. In addition to my interests in coding, I also take martial arts classes.
I have been working on becoming a black belt for close to 9 years now, and am less than a year away now. Due to my experience in this sport, I am able to volunteer to help teach kids younger than me. I am currently either training myself or teaching others for 10 hours weekly, balancing this with school and still having personal time is incredibly difficult, but being able to do all thesw things makes me happy.
In school I play percussion in the school jazz band, we travel to competitions and perform for our community occasionally. Most recently we went to Jazz Fest in Durango Colorado, we got excellent scores and showed major improvement from years prior.
Most summers I spend my time going on adventures with friends, but this summer will be a new kind of adventure and I couldn’t be more exited.
