Hello! My name is Isaias Gutierrez, and I am currently a Junior at Telluride High School. This summer, ive recieved the amazing opportunity to work alongside Dmitry Vorobiev and Briana Indahl at the Laboratory of Atmospheric and Space Physics (LASP) in Boulder. I am extremely excited to learn and discover new things throughout my internship. I have always loved the style of a hands-on learning experience and the challenges that come alongside it.
Other than Stem, I love to be outside! Whether I’m playing sports, exploring, or even just driving around and listening to music, I love to be out and about. During the winter, I love to play hockey and travel around. While in the summer, I spend lots of my free time playing hacky sack, skateboarding, and hanging out with my friends. Throughout the school year, I have many other extracurriculars and clubs like Student Council, TAB, and the sound/production team for the school plays and more.
