Hello, my name is Destiny Lawley. I’m a junior in high school at Peak Virtual Academy with a deep fascination for marine biology. I’ve taken multiple biology classes and I took a wonderful river science class that allowed me to learn about everything can affect the chemical and biological properties of the water. Though I haven’t had hands-on experience due to living in a land-locked state, my passion has driven me to explore marine life through independent research. I often spend my free time doing art from traditional, to painting, digital art, and even photography. While doing art I love to watch documentaries about everything from the deep sea to the formation and destruction of ancient civilizations.
