Hey everyone this is my 5th week in Oklahoma. in terms of weather not much has been different from the previous weeks. but this has been an exciting week because I got to build a drone! It was from a kit but it was still fun. it’s not like building a robot for FTC (first tech challenge) but while it was easy there were still some challenges to it. the majority of them were getting the cables to fit in the right places and figuring out how to get everything snug all together. its kind of like a large 3d puzzle. while Tuesday was fun Wednesday wasn’t really anything special. due to shipping the drone controllers weren’t here so me and the rest of the intern students had to go to Lowes to get the parts for our drone race course. it went all smoothly until we had to pick up the PVC pipe. we needed 52 10inch x 10ft of PVC, Lowes said they had 200 in stock but were out when we came to pick it up. so other than shopping on Wednesday we didn’t do much. then Thursday through Saturday I just hung out at my house.
