Hi, my name is Madalyn Freed. I’m a junior in High School. I’m an after-school counselor and head teacher at Voyager Youth Program, where I design engaging classroom environments and create detailed schedules to keep our days running smoothly. 
My role has not only honed my organizational skills but also reinforced my passion for creating an inclusive and caring atmosphere for both children and coworkers. I’m deeply interested in psychology, particularly childhood development. I plan to pursue a psychology degree at Fort Lewis University and ultimately earn a Doctorate in childhood psychology.
My goal is to understand the roots of behavior and support children in ways that positively shape their futures, knowing how impactful early experiences are on adult life. In my free time I enjoy playing basketball, performing Silks and running.
