Hi! My name is Lana Kenworthy and I am currently a junior at Telluride High School with a passion for all things STEM. I am especially interested in the fields of biology and medicine and I look forward to learning as many new things as I can this summer (both science-related and experiential)! I am a naturally curious and driven person, which leads me to find joy in solving problems, especially those that can have a real impact on peoples’ lives. In the future, I hope to be a part of a medical breakthrough that will better the lives of millions of people. However, at the moment I am content with exploring the great outdoors, particularly climbing some of Colorado’s many 14ers, with my friends and my two dogs: Blue and Smokey.
